About

Dr. Sven Mulfinger

I help founders and executives with ADHD, giftedness, or dyslexia turn a non-linear mind into a leadership advantage — without the burnout that usually comes from masking it.

Dr. Sven Mulfinger

Background

Dr. Sven Mulfinger is an executive coach, a Vistage Chair, and a strategic advisor to founders and C-suite teams across Europe. Before coaching, he was a serial entrepreneur: five startups built and exited (including a sale to Bertelsmann), a sixth launched in women's mental health, and two current ventures, Kuma Partners and Stralea. He's been coaching CEOs and leaders for more than 15 years.

He holds an engineering degree and a PhD in Biotech Engineering, and later studied leadership, coaching, and mentoring at IESE, ESADE, Wharton, and HEC Paris. He now chairs a Vistage CEO peer advisory group in Barcelona and facilitates strategic offsites for leadership teams across Europe.

At 50, he was diagnosed with ADHD — a pattern he and the people close to him had long since recognized without a formal label — and wrote The Non-Linear Operating System: How Exceptional Leaders Think, Decide and Build Differently (Neurodisruptors Publishing), based on hundreds of executive conversations with founders and leaders navigating ADHD, giftedness, and dyslexia. Neurodisruptors, the research collaboration with IESE Business School on neurodiversity and entrepreneurship, and the book all grew out of that recognition.
